Stuart has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial planning sector and before joining Plan Smart, he worked in a number of senior roles for large regional IFA practices. With a wealth of experience and a forward-thinking mindset, Stuart is able to advise our member firms on all aspects of their business, to help them navigate their everyday challenges and maximise growth within the group.

Will first entered the Financial Services sector as a Financial Administrator and he quickly progressed to becoming a Paraplanner.
Whilst undertaking this work, he naturally became more passionate about the industry and in turn, this led him to becoming a fully qualified Financial Advisor.
His knowledge and experience of Financial Services enables him to provide the highest quality service and advice for his clients.
Will is married and he and his wife Jenna share two sons. When he is not helping his clients and enjoying quality time with his family, Will can be found following or playing football.

Meet Nici. With 19+ years experience working the the Financial Service sector, Nici fully understands the operational and administrative challenges faced by clients and planners alike.
Staring her career as an office junior, over the years, Nici has worked in a variety of roles from paraplanner to Team Leader, working across multiple teams including the operations side of the business.
Nici has extensive knowledge of the sector and knows what it takes to keep both financial planners and clients happy.
She is focused on ensuring that the administration side of things runs smoothly and efficiently.
Nici lives in a sleepy village in Wales with her husband and daughter. She loves reading, knitting, music, and spending time with family and friends. More often than not you will find her out hiking, exploring the local mountains and waterfalls.
