The service we provide
We provide full, regulated financial advice, delivered online. We advise on, and arrange, investments and pensions on the JustFA platform (part of the Loyal North Group), with custody provided by Seccl, an FCA-authorised custodian, and portfolio management by Fusion Asset Management LLP (an affiliate company of the Loyal North Group).
Our fees
Our charges are set out in full, in writing, before you commit to anything. See our Fees page for how charging works.
Ending the agreement
You can end our agreement at any time, with no exit fee from us.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, please tell us — see our Complaints page. If we can’t put it right, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

This summary and our services are governed by the law of England and Wales.
